- Recently Qualified Engineers grandes écoles ambitious but with a dose of humility to learn on the job, with a close contact with world-class teams, climbing all the rungs of the hierarchy, to be trained to access general responsibility within the company.
- Engineers or qualified foremen, with 6 years experience in structural work or trades to take responsibility for a lot on large construction sites and access a more global responsibility.
- Qualified concrete sites foremen to assume responsibility for a close-out site, having a good command of metal formwork.
- Masonry sites foremen to assume responsibility for a traditional structure site.
- Qualified sites Managers for the overall management of a site.
- Works department Heads with 5 years of experience in this position on large projects, able to assume responsibility for several small to medium sites.
- Qualified building works Coordinator with 8 years of experience in this position on TCE sites of medium scale projects.
- Work managers with minimum 3 years in this position on major projects to ensure overall control of a dam or a major TEC project.
- 3 years experience Engineer to assume responsibility for "quality" on the sites.
